MANAGEMENT BOARD
The board comprises of 3-5 students appointed to serve as neutral and apolitical figures, capable of making decisions and reforms for the benefit of the circuit. They must be able to make unpopular decisions and to hold the needs of the circuit as the highest priority of their position.
The First Board was appointed by the founding schools of S.A.M. and will focus on laying the groundwork of long-term projects and programs.

ADVISORY COUNCIL
The advisory council is an entity comprised of the advisors of our member school's Model UN clubs. The council is currently led by Ms. Nikki Willhoit, the adult liaison whose responsibility it is to relay communications from the council, chair physical meetings, and advise on legal and ethical decision making to the organization.
REPRESENTATIVES' ASSEMBLY
The representative's assembly is the largest entity within SAM. They form sub-commissions that focus on specific issues and programs, vote in elections to appointed the new SAM MUN secretariat, vote on pieces of legislation, and serve as the organization's most vocal members.

NATIONAL CHAIR QUALIFICATION SYTEM
The national association's Chair Union is responsible of maintaining ChairNet, a database that serves as a tool to regulate the quality of chairs within the circuit across conferences.
Public schools outreach program
One of our core purposes is to aid in the expansion and growth of student-led clubs in Thai public schools, helping them integrate into the wider circuit and develop their members as global citizens.
Collective fund for thai delegates
Public students are eligible to apply for financial assistance, aiding in measures to lower the average costs of conferences and improve accessibility to all.
High-quality network of conferences
Member schools of SAM send representatives to share their opinions and thoughts about future improves to the quality of life in the circuit. They oversee the operations of the association and ensure everything is on the right track.
